Private Events

For private events our prices start from £12.50 per person , for a minimum of 80 guests. We do cater smaller events however the price per head will vary depending on the party size, so please contact us for more information.

Your booking includes the following:

• One portion of food from our menu per guest
• Your chosen date secured
• Professional and friendly members of staff
• The option to customise the trailer (please let us know if you require this)
• Environmentally-friendly recyclable food packaging and cutlery
• Public liability insurance

To secure a date in our diary we would need a 15% deposit of the total fee.  This is non-refundable as we would have kept the date available for you. The total amount is due four weeks prior to your event. Any cancellation within four weeks of the event will still be charged at 100%. Moving the date once agreed will require an additional deposit to again secure the date in our diary.

What we require from your venue :

For us to be able to be set up and be ready to serve we need access to the site up to two hours before our agreed start serving time.

Please make sure your venue will allow enough room for us to manoeuvre the trailer. The trailer width is 2.25 metres and nearly 10 metres long including the towing vehicle. Once in position our car can then be detached from the trailer.

Electricity supply is required for us to operate (if this isn’t available a generator can be provided at an extra cost, but we find they can be abit noisy for weddings so recommend this is avoided if possible).

What areas do we cover?

We are based in Christchurch, Dorset, but we can travel to surrounding areas.  Our price includes us travelling up to 35miles from home. We are more than happy to travel further, but this is priced at an additional £1 per mile.
